New builds & replacements

Pool
enclosures

A pool cage is the difference between a pool you look at and a pool you actually use. We design and build custom pool cages and screened pool enclosures: mansard, gable, dome and flat-roof designs sized to your pool deck, your roofline and the way you live outdoors.

Every enclosure starts with an on-site measure and a design conversation: how much deck you want covered, whether you want picture-window panels for an open view of the lake or preserve, which screen mesh fits your yard (standard 18/14, No-See-Um or Super Screen), and where the doors and kick plates go. We pull the permit, handle the engineered drawings and inspections, and Jeremy's crew builds it.

  • Extruded aluminum, powder-coated in bronze or white
  • Stainless or Nylo-Tech fasteners, high-tension Phifer screen
  • Concrete footers and slabs done in-house
  • Condos, HOAs and hotels too, phased so the pool stays open

Refurbish, rescreen, repair

Cage
refurbishes

Whether your enclosure has storm damage, sagging screens, or peeling paint, a full refurbish restores strength and function without the cost of a complete rebuild. If the frame is structurally sound, it is the better value. We'll inspect it and quote both.

We remove brittle or discolored screens and install new, UV-resistant material, and we re-tension panels and replace spline to restore a tight, secure finish. Not every enclosure needs a full rescreen: many only need a few panels replaced.

  • Rust removal and repainting of the aluminum frame
  • New hinges, latches, closers, braces and stainless fasteners
  • 18/14, No-See-Um (20/20), Super Screen and pet-resistant mesh
  • Kick plates and privacy screens

Front entries

PCA doors
& entryways

We design and install PCA aluminum screen doors and front entry enclosures that add curb appeal while keeping bugs out. From permitting to final cleanup, we take care of the whole installation.

  • Optional kick plates, pet doors and decorative grids
  • Bug-proof screening and lockable handles
  • Door repair: hinges, handles, hydraulic closers, bug sweeps and frames

Lanais, patios & carports

Screen rooms
& covers

Screened lanais and front entries keep bugs out while letting the breeze in. Our lanais are built with internally fastened connections, so there are no capri clips, with deluxe patio doors and welded picture-view doors.

We also build custom aluminum covers that protect vehicles, patios and outdoor living spaces from Florida sun and rain, from a single-vehicle carport to a large shaded patio. Our team handles permitting, layout and installation, and keeps your property clean throughout.

  • Insulated or non-insulated roof panels
  • Optional gutters and drainage
  • Prepped for ceiling fans, lights or wiring

Aluminum

Railings

A handrail on a front step, a guardrail around a raised pool deck, a stair railing to a rooftop lanai or new balcony railings for a condo building: we fabricate and install custom aluminum railings.

Our railings are welded from extruded aluminum and powder-coated to resist rust, corrosion and UV fading, the right material for homes near salt water, where steel and wrought iron rust out in a few seasons. Because we also build pool enclosures and PCA entryways, your railings will match the rest of your aluminum work.

Done in-house

Concrete
& stone

The slab under an enclosure has to be right first, so we pour it ourselves: footers, deck extensions and pavers to support the enclosure.

  • Lanai and patio slabs, smooth and level, ready for an enclosure
  • Broomed, textured or stained finishes
  • Brick, travertine or stone pavers
  • Extensions to an existing lanai, patio or pool deck

And more

Views, space
& gutters

  • Picture window conversions

We remove bulky vertical aluminum bars and replace them with a single wide-span screen panel, for a clear view of your pool, lake, golf course or preserve. For waterfront views we recommend picture-window panels on the water side and standard bays elsewhere to keep the cost down.

  • Cage extensions

Too small for entertaining, grilling or a hot tub? We design and build an extension matched to your original frame: a concrete slab or paver extension, new or moved doors, and optional No-See-Um screen and picture windows. Extensions need a permit with engineered drawings, and we handle it.

  • Super gutters changeout

When your super gutters start failing, the entire enclosure is at risk: leaks, rust and sagging sections can damage your pool cage, lanai and even your home's roofline. New super gutters are heavy-duty aluminum with stainless steel fasteners, and we haul the old ones away.
